Hi their this ban occurred a few months ago since then I did an appeal which got approved and got my accounts unbanned but I noticed only one of my accounts got unbanned even tho both of my accounts should have my main did with ID 196272 And my alt (Twink) didn’t with the ID 196682 so I asked a member of the admin team on how to resolve this and they said make an appeal for it so I am
I have linked the approved forum of my account being unbanned by mazhor himself so please help me fix this issue as I love playing grand and would like to use both accounts again
