I made a pov request and the pov the person sent is not clean. He is using same drug effect as this guy Reviewed - pov req | 0000
Who was punished for the drug effect so i belvie that the person i pov requested should be punished aswell since its same drug effect

They both have exactly same redux so thats how i know drug effect is same. Id 99233 just made a custom map, rest is same
