Reason : They can chase and kill outside ghetto if it is initiated in ghetto and Also they did not say put you hands in the air (They did not rob you). ID 49956 is already punished for RDM (Because that time he did not give you demands)
But
ID 36648 will get a punishment for Mixing
ID 29960 will get a punishment for Meta Gaming
Thread Owner (ID 71872) will get a punishment for Mixing & Meta Gaming
