I did not know that POV was required in such events and I did not receive any record. I'm wrong about this. However, as seen from the other guy's POV, there is no rule break. We are face to face in the POV. If I was breaking the rules he was breaking the rules too. There is no situation that would require him to ask for POV. It is certain that he wanted POV with malicious intent and tried to get me banned.
