My friend Tarazan broddy got banned for this redux and someone else with same redux and drug effect post pov and dont get banned. I made a vidoe for administratior tomi he said its illeagle and somw other admins say its leagle

I wanna know why my friend got banned for this and this guy not banned. And 2 admin pc checker say its illegal remove that redux and then some say its not i dont know what to belive now can you clarify this situation thanks .
and in this fourm Hassy sayd its legal Approved - Pov req I 0000
but Tomi Meller and Hela juzo and Masta killa They say that this is not legal at all.
