Why do you want to become an admin?
When I first dipped my toes into the gaming world about a year ago, I was a bit lost, especially when it came to understanding the rules of role-playing (RP). It was a whole new experience for me, and the RP rules seemed like a puzzle I couldn't solve on my own. Luckily, the admins were there to guide me through the intricacies, helping me unravel the mysteries of the game. Now that I've gained a better understanding of the game, I'm eager to pay it forward and assist other players, especially newcomers who might be facing the same confusion I did. My goal is to contribute to creating an environment where everyone, regardless of their experience level, can have a blast playing the game. Fun and fairness are key, and I want to ensure that every player receives fair judgments based on their actions.
Before diving into the gaming world, I had a role as an NG at EN1, where I dedicated my time to helping people in challenging situations. My commitment to fairness and the principle that everyone deserves equal representation is deeply ingrained. While I enjoyed my role as an NG real-life priorities like university final exams demanded my attention, leading me to step back temporarily. However, I'm now ready to channel my experiences and passion for justice into creating a positive and inclusive gaming community.
What are your strengths?
I really care about being fair, using common sense, and being consistent. Even though many people say they are fair, I take extra care to make sure I don't let any personal biases affect my decisions. I think this is super important for someone in charge. I'm committed to doing my duties on time and in a way that helps make the game environment better for everyone. I want to have a positive impact on how people enjoy the game. I'm also friendly and like to talk, but it's important that others are open to talking too. Good communication is key for creating a nice community, and I'm dedicated to keeping an open conversation. On top of that, I know a few languages: English and Malayalam very well, and I can understand some Hindi, though I might not speak it perfectly. Being able to speak different languages helps me connect with players from various backgrounds and make sure everyone feels included and understood.

I consider myself a deliberate learner who takes a bit more time to understand new things. While I may not catch on quickly, my strength lies in the persistence to grasp concepts thoroughly.
