I've been banned for 11 days, I was told in another appeal that I would be unbanned shortly, but 11 days later I'm still banned with no updates.
I believe 11 days is an excessive amount of time to be banned because of a bug that I had no control over, and for a server like GrandRP it shouldn't take this much time to unban someone. I even had some Prime days that are expired by now but I don't really care too much about that.
I've tried contacting a few administrators on discord regarding this but unfortunately couldn't solve the situation. Either the admin responsible for my unban forgot about it or there was some miscommunication, but in a server like Grand with thousands of players it shouldn't take this long for a simple unban, I've seen other threads of people that were banned by the anti-cheat bug and were unbanned within 1 or 2 days.
If someone could look into this situation I would like to play on the server again as soon as possible.
Just in case there's any confusion, yes this is an appeal for the DE03 server even though I'm writing in English.

I was in a car driving towards the Weapon Components event when my game freezed for a while and then I crashed. After joining back I was banned by the anti-cheat. I never cheated so I would like to be unbanned. Thank you
