Yesterday, I went ahead and created an account, following my cousin's guidance, so I could enjoy the platform. However, to my surprise, both my account and my cousins's account were banned. I'm honestly unsure about what led to this situation, and it's frustrating not being able to play as we had intended. I'm really keen on resolving this issue, not just for myself but also for my cousin. Could you please guide me on the steps to appeal this ban and potentially have my brother's account reinstated as well?
