Everything is clear at POV. In this POV informal event start behind the road. Event rule 1.2 is clear so why my forum rejected?

Im commenting on this because im 100% sure that im not in the wrong, you were on the high way which means you were still an IC person. just because your going to an informal does not mean your immune to RP
