Hello, i got banned around 1 hour ago for GR 6.12
Let me start by saying that i am deeply sorry and apologize for what i said to these EMS employees, i did not know i could get banned for saying these things as i didn't really harrass or used wrong language to any of them, simply asked them a question even though i know it doesn't justify my wrong doings..
I know i should've known better in that situation..
i been playing this server for over 2 years for every day over 10 hours daily grinding and having fun in this server with my friends..
i was planning to enjoy this weekend and grind out the battlepass and the new update because i want to really do my best and finish it as soon as i can..
it makes me really so sad to get this ban and i don't know how to prove you how sorry i am but i swear to god i will never do or say anything like that again.
Please let me know what can i do to make it better or even shorten the punishment if possible and i really hope you will understand me and my situation because i am having a lot of fun here on the server grinding with my friends every day and playing.. i will do anything to get back playing as soon as possible and will never repeat this mistake.

I am sorry for the mistake I made and I apologize to the EMS employee.

But the rule state "ban upto 7 days" and as you can see I did not cused or harrased the EMS employee. I said "I need a bitch" but immediately I corrected myself by saying "I need a woman"

In the past 2 years that I play GRP I have never got ban and I play by the rules.

I am sorry for the mistake and I repect if you think I deserve a punishement but is there any way to possibly reduce it. 7 Days would mean that I won't be able to finish the battlepass (Premium+) in time.

next time u will not do it
