1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I think I have spent much time as a player on this server and gained a lots of experience in working in multiple illegal and legal orgnizations, and I have seen many players breaking the rules in the server and admins are not able to take care of everything together at the same time. So by being an admin, I want to give the current admins an extra hand to take care of the city and to look after players and check if they are following every rules correctly

Ability to think and act quickly in intense situations.

I get too soft and forgiving in some situations and also sometimes I cannot make hard decisions alone.

Great communication skills, Active listener, Ability to work and lead a team (if required).

I don't have any IRL situations right now, I come city every single day until and unless I have some IRL emergency issue.
