I was waiting for my solar panels and this player kills me - no rp, no warning and then he stole my panels

We warned him before the video, but even though we warned him, he went back to the solars and took a cover as seen in the video, he knew we were there, I didn't kill him without warning, he cut out the part I warned him about.
