Good afternoon.
I am writing this report in English so that I can be completely understood, since you do not speak Portuguese. I have been playing in this project for a long time, since I started in English and I have never seen anything like this happen. The only time its become an issue is now which is on a new server.
Most of the staffs in the Portuguese server come from realistic roleplay servers and think that here the rules are the same, and even without knowing them they are recruited. The problems with staff not knowing the rules are constant, as well as the double standards in punishments for the same infractions, which is very common on this server.
Here we have the example that the Chief Administrator himself doesn't know the rules. Yesterday, three people received warnings for entering the Fort Zancudo base to get bullets from parachutes, something completely normal and common in English. Two of the people who received the warning came here to the forum and reported the respective admin who gave them the punishment but both reports were denied by the Chief Administrator (Rejected - Levei aviso por entrar no fort zancudo | Rejected - levei aviso por ir buscar balas). Soon after they proceeded to report the Chief Administrator and he refused the complaint against himself (Rejected - Recusar complaint | Murder Swayze).
I would like for Mazhor to please let the Portuguese Admin Team know that all this is allowed and maybe even switch admins and bring in some from EN1 so that they can teach this team how its done on other servers of the project.

Indeed! They even demorgan people on battleship for not wearing gang colors without inspecting the player first and after it they remove the demorgan and say sorry..
Constantly give demorgans to some gang members without have forum reports but when you report something that other gangs and players are breaking rules they say they cannot punish if it isnt in the forum.
Threaten gang members about gang warnings but when police does something wrong like going to roofs on submarine where you dont have access by foot they do nothing.
They revive some players on ghetto if they complain about something to.

Hands down for the time you took to write this complaint, I 100% agree.
We are expected to prove ourselves when admins make mistakes with punishments, but the admins that have less than 2 weeks of experience in the server do not require to prove the bans they make.
Do you have any questions about the administration? Ask the community, make a survey and check how many people think that the administration has been doing a good job.

About 3 days ago an admin was seen during a stream from (Cesarvsc), saying that players have been doing anti-rp, which he then referred to as being LACK OF PAINRP. It shows that they are totally inexperienced.
Their focus remains on punishments to the community and not trying to improve it.

I've been unfairly punished 2x in less than 24hours by the same admin that has targetted me and since has been spectating me for every minute I play.
1. I was punished for looting with a weapon in my hand, I proved that it was related to the visual bug and proved that I wasn't actually with the weapon in my hand, ADMINS refuse to accept it, they rather keep me 120min away.

Here the admin didn't consider my evidence, he only stated that the rule existed which I understand, but I wasn't actually doing it, it was a server bug.

Hopefully, a survey goes out about the administration, let the player base speak!
Today I published in the discord a message regarding my feeling about what has been happened, in the message I was polite and expressed my feelings in a good way, trying to reach the community. The post was eliminated seconds after, some members saw the message and asked why it was deleted, why wasn't able to express myself.

Admins are acting together as a group, it's like a fight AGAINST the community, and not a fight WITH the community!
