As being in gang for a long time and multiple terms has made me confident about myself for becoming a leader of the organization. There's a desire of me being a leader for a long time and take it to another level. People things gangs are always bad and hated, but the bond between each gang member is unbreakable I truly believe. Serving Ballas with loyalty and respect has collected me fame among the members.
Working under several respective and victorious leaders and deputies has gave me confidence about my increased skill and improved leadership works. I've been under-deputy for long time in Ballas and Bloods. I want to ensure the 3 main things of a leader that's Vision, Direction and Support. I'm enough confident to be a leader and increase RP among my fellows and members. I will follow the path my seniors and legends passed before me. I will keep the era active and victorious at every field.
Also helping newbies and increase friendship and brotherhood in themselves. Teaching them proper RP and server rules is a main target.
Also making a fame for Ballas gang all over the city is my dream.
Keeping the most powerful and skilled players in gang,
Splitting them with various gang works,
Keeping other gang leaders in touch to improve RP,
High spray profit,
Active members at gang event ( Clandestine, BS, Fz, etc),
100% turf captures is my goals for the organization.
All members will be treated with bonuses and surprises as they perform activities for gang.
I will remove the nepotism and favoritism in the gang for ranks and priorities.

For ensuring improved roleplay level in organization, first and must thing is to recruit professional and high skilled Higher Ups. Those who can handle any type of situation, any type of collision are ideal for being High commands. They should be told to treat other as they get treated by the leaders and deputies. All must be concerned about the rules and regulations of organization. HC's must keep records of their recruits and trainees. Also leader should be coming to see the stats of each members of his gang and interact with them by himself.
New rank system and deputies names will be provided. (On consideration for now)
