Regarding punishment of thread: Approved - RDM | 82382
Full clip of the situation:
I posted full version of the very short clip, the guy posted in thread above. Full version show how they provoke, how they have guns out and how guns are pointed at our member, even shot ones. No one does anything before the other family kill and shoot first.
As video also shows, you can in top of video see our solar planted at that house, so we got reason to be there, they don’t.
1. Video posted in above thread doesn’t show the full picture of the situation to their advantages.
2. We got reason to be there. Solar planted in the garden of the house, so we got reason to defend this place, especially as our member get killed in front of us.
3. They have no reason to be there and no reason to point guns, yet alone provoke and shoot our members.
4. ID: 104165 didn’t hit ID 99822 before he pointed gun at him and shot him afterward. He only shove the guy once, not punching.
4. We first shoot, when they killed and shot our members, we got every right to defend and attack on our family.
It would be UB and very not RP, to not defend your family, if your family is attacked, yet alone a member get shot and killed, so when our family is attacked by another family we got rights to defend our self and therefor GR. 6.15 is an bad judgement, but I understand, without having POV of full situation it can be hard to give a right judgement of the situation.
Please remove the warnings given to the people who was punished wrongfully and please punish ID 99822 accordingly.
