I want to be the leader of Los Santos Vagos as I have many attachments that will provide the essential activity required to complete a successful term. I will ensure that my leadership skills will control the rule breaks that can occur in my term. In my leadership, I will secure mature individuals who will display a positive outcome toward our organization and deflect negative attitudes. We will consistently pressure law enforcement officers with our robberies and hostage situations to improve our activity. I want to teach new members basic rules and set them up for success as a criminal. I will also share my criminal intelligence providing members with essential knowledge to escape situations, improving roleplay. I have adapted to various strategies to perform successful criminal activities due to my previous experiences as a high command in many gangs. High command ranks will only be given to trusted members, who are active and assist in hosting events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Having leadership status isn't just a rank, but a chance to show your activity in your organization as a whole. In my term, we will certify the attendance of all events including scripted events, store robberies, highway robberies, hostage situations, graffiti profits, clandestine shops, gun store robberies, NG raids, etc. My advice for Improving roleplay includes having active ghetto robbing and highway robberies to show who we are. Active Individuals will be promoted accordingly to show our appreciation for their dedication to the organization. Anyone new will not only be taught how to successfully escape public servants but also taught the basic rules of the server to provide more members for events. Bonuses will be given daily to keep activity within the organization.
