we can see other ID starting to shoot at the police and then the police started to taze my friend and fought him, as a friend of him ICly you can clearly see that I started to shot after he pulled out and started to hit my friend as a roleplay server ICly if we're friends and he pull out a gun at my friend and start to fight him I have 100% right to defend him and shot him back, no idea why I was jailed.

Plus I think if someone sees his IC friend getting tazed and cuffed he has the right to defend his friend

if u will see outside police tazing someone or ur friend u will kill police? that's what u call RP?
