Dear Admin,
Recently I got ban for gen 1.9 which means tax evation. Let me write in detail, Today my friend (ID- 56240) gave me a bike as a gift by selling it to me in 1k. So in Grand RP there is no option for giving others vehicle as a gift. So he just simply gave it to me as the minimum transaction amount of selling vehicle and its 1k. As Gen 1.9 rule: It is forbidden to evade our systems of selling/buying. If you evading TAX(e.g. selling/buying/trading house/items/cars/clothes for 1k and then taking money). But i have a point here, I just took the Vehicle for 1K but I didnt give him any extra money in his hand or any bank/family bank transaction. If you check my logs properly i am 100% sure there is no other transaction for this vehicle. I just took it for 1k and it was as a taking gift. So in my administrator friends perspective it doesnt fall into Gen 1.9 rule. Also we saw many guys doing gifting or passing family cars to new owner by giving exchange offer of 1000$. But they never got any type of punishment. Also we know even if we sell vehicles for 1000$, we can't exceed the 5M figure. So we just followed and we were confident of not doing any rule break here. We also did this before in other servers but we didnt got any type of punishment for it. Even my friends, family members also did the same while passing vehicles as a gift or family vehicle for 1k if you check the logs properly and also they didnt got any punishment for it. So I want administrators to check my and (ID- 56240) logs properly and then decide that am i really worthy for this punishment or not.
