This officer as you can see in the footage is outside the lawyer room with an LMG in his hands, unlocks the door and stands aside whilst 3 people with LMGs all walk in and gun everyone down.
The RP is great but this guy hasn't got a bio and the fact he doesn't shoot at them and they don't shoot him shows he let them in.
