2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

First of all, I have been HC in every single LEOS for more than one year at the rank of 28th (under deputy). Now, I want to become the leader of SAHP because I have a lot of experience from all these Leos with this experience, I can easily manage and lead the whole organization.
* When I started flying in my city, SAHP was only my first organization in max pluxury term as officer. During that time, I gained a lot of knowledge about the SAHP and after that, I joined again in steve dash term as chief of staff. I became 3x times HC in FIB, SAHP, and LSPD. And 1x time HC in GOV and NG I have again a lot experience to lead the organization. My department is always HR in every single organization which is a backbone of every single org by that I got leadership skills.
* I will give my best to make the SAHP more active to help other LEOS in every single activity like raids, store robberies, special operation and many more others. In last many terms I have seen that there are a lot of atm robberies, gang activity, and robberies happening in Plateo Bay and Highway. To overcome this, I will make different departments to overcome this main problem.
3.Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
My first priority I will maintain the good relations with all other legal organizations. I will create a fun RP situation with my future plans if I get the organization by doing collaboration with FIB and other legal organizations to make a good relationship, bonding and understanding with them.
* I will make a new department, i.e. border patrol, so that department will stop a lot of crime as well as smugglers who do smuggling from Plateo to the city.
I will make proper RP guidelines covering how to react to every situation to ensure everyone maintains a good RP experience.
* I will regularly take meetings with the members of my organization to make them confidential as well as motivate them.
* I will make proper discipline in an org. Like no one can do mixing such as using of RP radio or non-RP radio.
* Finally, I want to put the SAHP on top!

Human Resources and Training Department: As HR is always the backbone of an organization, This department will hire people and train the trainee in SAHP in the best way ever.
Internal Affairs: This department will maintain the discipline in the organization and check the body cam to make this org more corrupt free
Highway patrol department- This department will patrol the highway and overcome the robberies and crimes and gang activity in highway
Rapid Action force department- This department will responsible for weeds in city, reacting to nay local/global at first place, responding to robberies and leading rge negotiation if no HC is in the city.
Border patrol department- This department will mostly stand on border of the city near casino checkpoints and stop smuggling from city to plateo bay.
