Rejected @ curator of the project Mazhor

Dear Mazhor, I am a new arrived resident on Grand RP DE 02. A nice resident showed me around the island. On the way back to the city, I got such lags that I was kicked out of the server. When I tried to log in again I got the message: Easy Anti-Cheat #934 banned.

I have already written an unban request, but it was rejected by chief administrator Justin Winter for no reason.
Which is why I'm turning to you to get an unban.
I would voluntarily undergo a PC check to prove that the ban is only due to my poor internet connection and has nothing to do with cheat programs.

I'm hoping for a positive feedback
