Hello dear Mazhor

I was told in a previous forum that I was telling a story but I am definitely not lying.

As I said before, my Sociel club account was stolen and I found out after I was banned that I should normally open a forum, I wrote to you on discord before but you did not return.

I was supposed to be banned for 60 days but I got a permanent ban, please unban me. Thanks in advance
