Leader rule 1.7 was not broken as he was fired for a completely un related manner. It had nothing to do with purge at all. He was hired without permission and therefore was fired. We did not inform him of the reason which is our fault however that should be dealt with ICly and not OOC on forums. If he believes we fired him illegally then he should go through the IC court process and sue FIB.
