1. Leader of...
Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.) I desire to show my capabilities in taking on high-ranking roles and responsibilities. I believe I possess a wealth of experience in effectively leading different parts of an organization. Furthermore, I have garnered experience within the government, serving as a Supreme Court Justice (SCJ).
2.) LSPD is a new challenge and a positive change of scenery. I enjoy the city, being amongst it all. From my experience, it was beneficial for me to understand how LSPD operates. In my short time there, I had already began to make some positive changes.
The LSPD represents an ambitious project, and I am willing to contribute to the overall improvement of the organization. I have a lot of ideas and powerful experience to bring to the table, especially in personnel management and organizational skills. I firmly believe that my contributions can have a lasting impact on the LSPD.
3. I observed several departments, and without hesitation, I began brainstorming ideas to enhance the role-playing experience within each department and to maximize their potential.
The main idea here is the overall engagement of officers with the environment. We should be encouraged to create RP situations and not just wait for them to happen. This starts by just encouraging officers to be out and about and creating fun and innovative situations with members of the public and criminals. Officers will inevitably feel more confident and enjoy having a leader who is chosen to come up with new ideas and scenarios for RP.

- HRT - Coming up with ways in which to better involve HRTs in communication skills and training with new recruits. HRT is the face of an organization and should approach each new employee with a wealth of helpfulness and deliver training to a high standard. Creating a friendly and informative training and recruitment experience is key in making new employees feel like they are truly part of the police department.
- Traffic enforcement - There needs to be more involvement on the streets of Los Santos and more police presence. The TE department should be responsible for utilizing speed traps in the hot zones, organizing more checkpoints, continuing to improve towing and parking enforcement around the city, and engaging more with the citizens of Los Santos. I feel there are a lot of citizens just looking for help, and we need to engage with these situations more, create positive experiences, and show the city and the people that we care.
- S.W.A.T - The importance of this department cannot be understated. Creating a more formidable and elite SWAT department that engages more in SWAT activities is a great way improve the RP. Creating more realistic training events and tactical experiences with the help of NG and FIB, encouraging this department to be first response units in all volatile situations, taking control of volatile situations more, and creating tactical advantages Also utilizing SWAT in things like PR events as a security detail to ensure the event is as safe as can be for the citizens. This department should also understand how to operate and plan ghetto patrols discreetly and tactically to improve the chances of successful operations. This isn't just a department for those extra weapons.
- IA - IA needs to remain consistent with all decisions, and this is something I instilled even in my short tenure as Deputy and was something I was committed to at SAHP. Creating internal policy on all decisions made within the IA department and encouraging IA to not only be on the lookout for corruption but also be there to help officers that are making small errors--thus creating an environment that engages IA with all officers and all officers better understand how to behave and maintain professionalism.
- UB - The undercover Bureau must work closely and intelligently with FIB to ensure FIB is getting the evidence they require, there needs to be more involvement and training exercises planned with FIB to ensure the UB is utilized in the best possible way.
- PR - Another way to engage with citizens is by using the PR department to create a citizen outreach program to encourage citizens in engaging with LSPD in a positive manner. We should encourage citizens to come forward with any concerns they may have during our PR events and use it as a tool to better our relationship with citizens - its not just a stunt that we see as a requirement for the organization.
