You have warned me for RDM ..but that dude was following me for more than 30 mins for collecting my debt.....even after I refused several times...and at that time he blocked my way ..and at first I shot at the van only ..u can clearly see ..he wants to take to bullet to report me here...so he is not even playing fear RP.....and that's why I killed him from upper floor for me to escape...so it's not a RDM ..please kindly take my warn away

post full pov and you have did fear rp and gz 1.1. you cant kill anyone in city.
