2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2a i have a lot of experience in leadership and deputy i used to be turf leader and event leader so i know how to lead events and turfs if i get the leaership i will make sure i do 45 or more events each week.
2b i will do events with otther gangs ( hostage situation , fzs ) so all gangs have a good conection with each other i will also do much events where leos need to attend so that the leos also have somethig to do and we will make sure we follow the server rules and do good rp
2c i have a strong turf team that are ready to turf for me and i have also people that will do sprays and lead events when im not here
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3a I will do more Hostage situations which makes the RP Good and better
3b I'll Also introduce New Bonus systems in gangs:-
ex: Max Grafiti: 20k
1 Parachute in clands: 20k
5k Per Event you Attend.
Collect whole territory Profit: 40k
3c I will give regular rank ups after every week, which makes everyone to join and Enjoy the RP.
