Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 118084 will receive punishment for General Rule 6.24
(General Rule 6.24: It is forbidden to rob/kidnap people who working on starting jobs such as busmen/taxi drivers/electricians, etc.)
However ID 118084 wont be receiving punishment for MK as it is not considered MK in that situation.​
