1. Why do you want to become an admin?
   I am seeking the role of an admin because my extensive experience within the realm of online role-playing communities has prepared me for this responsibility. Having previously served as the leader and deputy leader of both legal and illegal organizations, I have an in-depth understanding of the rules and regulations that govern these virtual worlds. I excel in resolving complex situations and conflicts, which is crucial for maintaining a harmonious gaming environment. I was previously rejected for an admin position due to my need for more experience in EN3, and since then, I've dedicated numerous hours to gaining the necessary expertise. My qualifications also extend to my successful completion of a gang term in EN2, where I led the Families gang. Additionally, I've previously held roles as a curator of Vagos and an admin in EN2, which has provided me with extensive training in administrative tasks.
   Maturity and experience are the cornerstones of my qualifications. I believe that my friendly and approachable nature, treating everyone as a friend, sets the tone for positive interactions within the community. I am genuinely passionate about helping people and believe that taking on an admin role will allow me to do so more effectively. Furthermore, my commitment to professionalism in all aspects of my work is a testament to my dedication to maintaining a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for all.
2. What are your strengths?
   My strengths lie in my profound experience, comprehensive knowledge of the gaming environment, and my unwavering professionalism. I have a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving within online communities, which equips me with the skills necessary to maintain order and harmony. My deep knowledge of the rules and regulations of this particular RP world is a valuable asset for enforcing them fairly.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
   While I am generally confident in my abilities, I must acknowledge that I can occasionally come across as annoying to people, especially when I am driven by a strong sense of conviction. I am not immune to making mistakes, and I accept responsibility for my errors. As for my greatest weakness, I believe that discussing it publicly may not be appropriate at this time.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
   Yes, I am fully prepared to make this transition. I understand that as an admin, my role will be focused on maintaining the integrity of the gaming environment rather than actively participating in role-play scenarios.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
   Fortunately, I do not currently own a business within the RP world, so this restriction will not be a concern for me.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
   At this moment, there are no real-life issues or situations that would hinder my ability to be actively engaged in the administrative role. I am fully committed to dedicating the necessary time and energy to fulfill the responsibilities of the position effectively.
