2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-> As an experienced LEO, i feel like this opportunity is one that can't be missed. Throughout my time, LSPD has always been seen as the less superior of organisations, however i want to change this. One thing i have to my advantage is that learning from past LSPD and LEO Leaders on what they did well and what they didn't manage. This allows me to incorporate more into my term, leaving it packed with action across all ends, a term that could be remembered.
2-> In this term i will implement new features that no leader has done yet so i can
involve more RP for Good cops and Bad cops and to decrease the crime in the city so we win every event in the city and help FIB with the Gang raids as i want the Undercover Department the most active so LSPD and FIB can help each over equally.
3 -. Im going to priorities on HR&T and UC departments as i think they are the most important in the State organizations i will be having HR hire PPL in LSPD only if they Know the basic of the Rules and code of procedures as i want quality not quantity to not have PPL running in Scripted or Unscripted Events harming the Hostages Life and to implementing RP in the city so they be Training our Officers with as much attention as possible to involve more RP in the city as for UC i will have a daily UC task that they need to follow if they failure to do so will they will receive a department this is because FIB could have more consistent Gang Raids.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1-> I will be having more RP situation like Border patrol, city patrol with air support from NG and as always we will have ghetto petrol but advance with swat cars and air support i will implementing this as the LSPD officers will have to inbrace more RP and have FUN at the same time i want that LSPD will be one of the Best orgs in the city.
2-> there will be a new feature in LSPD that no org as done yet or that i have seen i will be adding that all HC ranks will be a having a weekly Task that they need to complete if they fail to do so they will receive a verbal or a strike if they will complete it they will receive a Metal there will be 3 medals and they all start will different levels each medal is harder that means that the Weekly tasks will get harder each time they progress a new medal each and each medal will have they own price like car clothing or Money this so my officers can have some think to work for. this feature is because of inactivity of the ORG and i want to prevent that in my term.
3-> i want that LSPD to use more RP commands in radios calls and in chat i shaw this in Elon moose term in SAHP and i loved the idea of it so i wanted to add this in the my LSPD term so every time to dispatch some where or they is some think happening LSPD will be already notified and if they dont follow this procedure they will receive a Strike i believe this will introduce more RP in the LEO side.
