Rejected Falsely Rejecting Application | Vishwa Blake

My name is Simon Luckyy ID 163711, I put in an application for admin about a week ago after considering and talking about it with my family members OOC in game, Vishwa happened to be nearby when we were discussing it, decided on his own behalf to investigate my punishment background while in game, said I am good to apply for admin, so I proceeded with the application only to go and take a look at it a few days later to it being rejected due to punishment history, I have reached out to both Vishwa and John Lark regarding why the application was rejected for that reason, after being specifically told by Vishwa that I am good to apply, im not saying my background is clean or it should be overlooked because rules are rules and what not, I just want closure on why the decision was made, and if possible reconsidered

How person whom have huge list of rule violation for DISREPECTING of server rules can become admin ?
NO one wanna see such persons in Admin team
Or u thing if made application to become admin u will be accepted?
