Rejected 4.1 too long revo skin

Dear admins,

Today i got Banned for 4.1 i had a pov req and i send the pov so now everybody says that my revo is to long or smth and after that i realized that the revo skin isnt allowed (im from german server so there it was allowed) i changed the revo skin intstantly after this mistake but now im banned.

I wanted to pay when the halloween event come out but now i cant do...

I hope u admins can do anything
