1. Why do you want to become an admin?
The primary motivation behind my desire to become an admin is rooted in the desire to create a fair and enjoyable environment for all players, especially newer ones who may struggle with understanding the nuances of RP. When I first embarked on this RP journey over a year ago, I was completely unfamiliar with the RP rules and dynamics. Thanks to the assistance and guidance of the existing admins, I overcame these initial difficulties and grew to love the game. I want to give back to the community by helping others have a smooth and enjoyable experience just as I did. It is my belief that every player deserves a fair judgment based on their actions, and I want to ensure that this principle is upheld.
2. What are your strengths?
I possess several qualities that I believe make me a strong candidate for the admin role. Dedication is one of my core strengths; I am committed to carrying out my duties promptly and efficiently, ensuring that I positively impact the RP environment. Moreover, I am known for my logical and consistent approach. I pride myself on making impartial judgments, devoid of any bias. In an admin role, these qualities are of utmost importance to maintain fairness and integrity.
I am also friendly and highly communicative, as long as the other party is willing to engage constructively. Furthermore, I bring a multilingual advantage to the table with fluency in English, Hindi and Bangla. This language diversity can be instrumental in fostering a more inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for players from various linguistic backgrounds.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
While I take pride in my ability to see the potential for good in everyone, one of my challenges is being overly invested in the well-being of others. This can occasionally lead to a degree of personal emotional involvement, which may not always be suitable when enforcing strict RP rules. Nevertheless, I am conscious of this and can maintain objectivity and impartiality when necessary.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Absolutely, I am willing to set aside my personal RP interests in order to serve the community as an admin. I view this role as a responsibility that requires full dedication, and I am prepared to make that commitment.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I currently do not own any businesses, so this will not pose any conflict of interest.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
At this moment, I am fully available and prepared to be actively involved in the admin role for the foreseeable future.
