Rejected For curator of the project´against Tom Sommer, because fail sanction 2/2 Cheating

I would like to set up a complaint against Tom Sommer, because I was given access to my account. Reason cheating, about a month later I was banned again for 2/2 cheating, which I didn't start. I had a positive PC check with the ID 56269 on my twink account. That means that it was on my twink and not on my main and that's why I'm wondering why a positive PC check has now appeared on my main account. That means I only have 1/2 cheating and not 2/2 and that means that this perma ban is a false sanction. I hope this misunderstanding is cleared up.
