he was on the wrong side of the road. I told him what the fuck is he doing but he just kept driving. This is an RP situation for me. That why i think i'm allowed to kill

if we can shoot everyone we crash, is that mean we can kill the other person hitting with a car? is that an normal situation that happening in a city like Los Santos, if so İ will start shooting every person that hit my car and thats happening thousand of times in that city lol
