2. Why do you wants to be a leader of this specific organization
2.1 - First of all, this is my dream and I would do anything for it and I think I would be a good leader for the gang, so I want to be the leader of Bloods. I have come across the mistakes of leaders in organizations and they will never happen in my gang and we will be great. I want to do an excellent job as a leader.
2.2 - I have been a leader 1-2 times on other servers before, I know this may not work, but here I will be the leader of the Bloods gang by showing my expedition skills. We will do everything by speaking professionally on the radio, without metagaming, in accordance with the rules. We will stick to the rules without violating the rules. I will not allow Bloods to violate the rules. Any violation of rules will lead to kicks, strikes or blacklisting from the gang. And I will attach great importance to this issue and will do my best not to receive a single warning.
