From the beginning of the city i was on EMS & i have work hard for it. I met so many cool and friendly people in EMS.
[2] I have Good Leadership skills that can improve org activity a lot than others term.

As i am in EMS for so long i know where is the problem and it needs to be fixed. I will try my best to fix those problems.
[4] I have acknowledged the organisation activity throughout many respectable chief term.i will try to follow them and fix the issue that were seen on the terms.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
[1]Choose different time zone Deputy & HC.
[2]Making internal events that will cause much activity withing the organisation.
[3]Giving Bonus on every activity [Already fixed the bonus System ]
[4] Have Weekly Meeting with HC, Deputy,Employees
