-> Ems has been one of my most favourite orgs and I have experince of 2 month in ems and i also have other Legal Orgs Experince in other Rp server
1: Leadership and Management Skills:
-->I have good management and ledership skill. I will ensure EMS resources are enough and manage bonuses, hiring and Promotion being regulary and effectivaly.I am currently Goverment DHOD and was EX-Lspd DHOD in other Rp server so i know how to manage the employees.
2. Bonus distribuation skill.
--> I will ensure that who is doing hardwork will recive good bonus.if employee get good bonus he will stay in org for long time. also i will give more bonus who will go duty on sh
--> like, i will provide 1 hour pH 20k , 1 hour sh 35k , 1 hour calls 10k and others bonuses too...
3. Quality Cares and call department improvement:
--> I will provide high quality and fast medical care to all citizens. also i will improve the call department.
--> as an EMS chief, i will ensure that call department is giving fast and good medical care

Because I spend many time in EMS and I can increase it by give training to my org members and helping them aloot
