Rejected LEO Complaint against other LEO High Command 200290

Here is my bodycam complaint against Hussien Standl (200290). I found him meta gaming, power gaming, and blatantly uncooperative. In the end of the bodycam when meeting with LSPD High Command, Hussein asks me "Do you want me to report you on the website or not?" when I ask "for what, i deserve a right to know" he says "okay" and leaves the meeting abruptly.
