I have received a ban for an action that was deemed legitimate. A PoV was posted by another player, it was cleared by the admin, but I still got a 30 day ban for not sending my PoV. Firstly, the forum post made was to inquire about the shot, which the admin cleared due to desync or a bug. So therefore, my PoV wouldn't even need to be requested since I am already innocent. Yet I still receive a ban for not sharing my PoV? I understand the rules are there for a reason, but there has got to be some kind of understanding about this situation, or at least some form of leniency. Secondly, how is it possible to confirm that the player in that clip is even me? There is no information about the killer, so how can I even be accused? I feel this has been a VERY one sided verdict. Thirdly, you will plainly ignore that the player that uploaded the forum post and clip is using illegal skins? Is there a vendetta against my ID that I am unaware of? So if I go to court, and someone was murdered, even though I am innocent, I will be guilty because I have no camera evidence to show I wasnt there? Guilty until proven innocent? You can literally see in his clip that I am innocent, yet I get punished. I will provide his clip again as my own proof.
I would just like to see some real fariness and humanity in this situation, this is my first offence, I am new and I am not trying to make this into a destructive conversation or situation, I'd just like to see some fairness.
