His early years were carefree, even though they didn't have the most money. But as he got older, he started feeling jealous of people who had more expensive clothes, money, you name it. So, he ended up joining a local gang selling weed to afford the things he wanted.
By the time Louie hit 16, he was sick of the small-time drug deals. He wanted something bigger. His buddies had a plan for a massive heist—100 grand in one night, robbing a rival gang. Louie was in.
The night of the heist came. They were waiting for a drug delivery on the edge of the city. When a guy on a bike showed up, Louie jumped out, pulled a gun, and things got crazy. Another car rolled in, shooting at Louie. He fired back, taking out the guy on the bike and scaring off the others. What Louie didn't know was that the whole thing was a police setup.
Now, with sirens closing in, Louie hopped in his car, and becouse of Louie's driving skills he got rid of the cops. But now, he was a wanted man. So, he booked a flight to Los Santos, ready to start his own illegal organization. No one was gonna stop Louie from getting what he wanted, even if it meant diving into a world of crime.
Outcomes:
1 - Because of Louie's shooting skills towards the affiliates in the Drug delivery he is able to 1 v 3 people even when they have a gun pointed at him. (or if they oppose him)
2- Because of Louie's driving skills to get rid of the Police he is has so much trust in his driving skills he is able to drive away from people pulling him over.
3- Because of Louie is not letting anyone stop him he will take out any person as long as he gets paid from another party.
4- Because of Louie is not letting anyone rule over him or stop him, he will kill anyone going in his way if they try to oppose his position or if they do him wrong in any kind of way.
5- Because of Louie is really petty he will revenge kill anyone who has said anything mean to him or to his friends. (as long as it hasn't gone 25min then he will forget)
