2.1-After I got experience in the gangs and learned from others under other leaders, I decided to apply for the Marabunta Grande gang leader.
2.2-I have great leadership skills and good communication skills, administrative skills and i have the ability to negotiate with the other org in a hostage-taking situation or store robbery...
2.3-I'll try to make the best record of events like Store Robberies and Gun stores, FZ and Hostage Situations.
2.4- Turf is a very important thing, so we will be active in Battleship and Clandestine, ghetto and control it over the other gangs.
2.5-I will not give high command rank to anyone who will not help us with events or is not active in the city, He does not have experience and I will do an interview for them.
