First of all,i want to make this clear that this is not a complaint thread but a doubt thread. So yesterday i won a skull king mask from the battlepass spin and when i went to the post office to collect it,i found a blue sports mask instead of the mask i won(also uploaded the pov with the thread). I understand there are some technical issues and its completely for those small things to happen. So i just clipped my pov and took it to the technical section of the forums. Crazy M replied to my thread but i am having trouble understanding what he actually meant by that. The thread waa also locked so i couldn't ask this at that thread so i just thought that its better if I ask it here since this section is handled by many admins. I WANT TO REPEAT THAT THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT BUT A DOUBT THREAD.
