After the tragedy with his parents He was filled with grief and had a lust for revenge and instead of relying on alcohol and drugs to keep his pain away, instead He joined the United States secret service and He got tough training to make him a efficient agent to execute his plan to earn more money and start his criminal empire and then he went to NG and the SWAT team for better weapon handling. Then he went to Federal Investigation Bureau to learn more about how the It functions and finally he joined LSPD to deceive people into thinking he is just a normal cop and now he can execute his plan . . .
