life story:
Unlike many people Ali was born in a rich house hold where he got everything but instead of becoming a respectful young man his mind became psychotic, manipulative and greedy. He slowly started to learn more about corruption and how people illegally made money and this inspired him to be like them so he wanted to become corrupt. He wanted to learned how to manipulate people to do his biding from an early age. If he saw anyone conspiring to reveal his true side he would either manipulate them in joining him or conspire people against them. When he became older he learned that corrupt law enforcement officers made the most so he planned to join them
career story:
After he became old enough, he came to Los Santos and He joined the United States secret service and He got tough training to make him a efficient agent to execute his plan to earn more money and start his criminal empire and then he went to NG and the SWAT team for better weapon handling. Then he went to Federal Investigation Bureau to learn more about how the city functions and how many gangs and wanted people were there who he could work with and finally he joined LSPD to deceive people into thinking he is just a normal cop and now he can execute his plan . . .
Outcomes:
1. Ali can cut with some of his friends in a criminal organization .
2. Ali can use illegal weapons to cover his Identity .
3. Ali can receive bribes when necessary [100K maximum] .
4. Ali can go into the ghetto when he is off-duty and ghetto clap . ( Not gang HQ's )
5. Ali can buy/sell weapons in Black Market (except organizations).
6. Ali can lie about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
7.Ali can take guns from a suspect and use them for his personal uses.
