Beni is saying he isnt breaking any rules but are you telling me this kind of behaviour is allowed, every time I go to beach market I have to face this guy who is continually harassing me being toxic, I can't play if toxic behaviour like this is gonna be encouraged.

I literally just logged in today and the guy is waiting for me again and spitting and calling me bitch, saying you so mad etc.
