2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
From my perspective i think i am the best person fitted for this specific organisation is because of some following reasons as follows:-
1. Emergency medical services was my first state organisation i joined in the city , i still remember the first day everything was just so amazing and helping others made me felt good but there are some holes in this organisation that only i can fix.
2. i need to remove favouritism from this organisation and make it well functioned , so that Emergency medical services can help as many people as they can without any corruption or any misuse of their power.
3. As i was a former Field Training Officer and still i have managed to give as much training as possible while managing other things too , so adapting tough scenarios in the organisation wont be a big deal for me yet will give my best to make Emergency Medical Services one of the best org out their
4. (a extra reason) I know most of the employees join emergency medical services just for money , i will try to fix this problem and make the org more interesting so employees will work for fun and money as secondary goal.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
my advices on improving the roleplay level in the org are:-
1. i would increase one to one interaction with my employees which i saw lacked in the previous terms , i will motivate them , give them suggestion rather than just checking the logs.
2. will try to give bonuses on daily basis to keep the employees motivated and appreciate them about there hardwork.
3. will do regular state wave.
4. will do atleast 1 health checkup a week.
5. try to increase surgery roleplays.
6. will try to manage the org better than before by only giving HCs to those who deserve.
7. i have seen only few names in the hc(s) and i think new people deserves to get a chance so i will show no favouritism.
8. will change the entire training procedure which will not only make people well knowledge about ems as well as there will be less rule breaks
