2 Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 Hello everyone, I'm here to lead be leader of EMS. I have work in ems almost 5 months and a have all the rank experience I have see shortage of staff in night shift I want to solve the shortage of staff completely by open recruitment once or twice a week. I am also best for this role as I was the deputy chief of EMS.
2 I want to remove Favoritism from this organization and make it well functioned , so that EMS can help as many people as they can without any corruption or any misuse of their power.
3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1 Based on the principle of valuing my employees, giving their bonuses to their work. This will give them the necessary morale and willingness to work.
2 To ensure that the EMS organization is protected from ridiculous events by providing appropriate training to all employees.
3. will do at least 1 health checkup a week.
4 will change the entire training procedure which will not only make people well knowledge about ems as well as there will be less rule breaks
