1. Will try to be a leader and not a boss, I will be always be in contact with my team members and will be as interactive as possible with them. I will also try to take care of all the problems they might face and will try my best to resolve them.
2. Will do 1 checkup per week
3. Will try to make the hospitals more active and the staff will be motivated by regular bonuses
4. No favouritism will be there in my leadership, all will get the ranks as per their skills and experience
5. Will perform regular state wave and will try to get more people in the organisation to keep the city a healthy and safer place.
