Dear EMS Team,
I am excited to announce my candidacy for the position of EMS Chief. As the current Dean of the Training Department and a dedicated member with almost a month of experience, I see an opportunity to contribute to the organization. My strengths lie in communication, management, and dedication to improving EMS.
Reasons for Aspiring to Lead EMS:
- Experience and Observation:
With almost a month of dedicated service at EMS, I've developed a deep understanding of our organization. Despite having less experience compared to some high-ranking members, my unique strength lies in my commitment to roleplay, which often extends beyond 12 hours a day. This dedication allows me to keenly observe all aspects of our operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Leadership and Management Skills:
My journey from being a diligent FTO Professor to aspiring EMS Chief has afforded me invaluable experience in personnel management. Throughout my tenure, I dedicated myself to conducting 6-8 training sessions daily, instilling knowledge and skills in our EMS recruits. My efforts were not only appreciated by the trainees but also recognized by the High Command, earning me the weekly employee award.
In my early days, I was presented with numerous opportunities to assume leadership roles such as Dean of Division of Labtech and GS. However, I chose the path of an FTO Professor. Why? Because I saw in myself a disciple leader, someone capable of guiding the younger generation of EMS. This choice, rooted in my belief in nurturing the future leaders of our organization, showcases my commitment to the growth and success of EMS.
Effective communication, adept decision-making, and proficient team management were pivotal to my role as an FTO Professor. These skills, coupled with my dedication to training and mentoring, form the cornerstone of my aspiration to lead EMS successfully. Recognizing the significance of a Deputy in the absence of the Leader, I have already meticulously chosen two exceptional EMS Deputies for both day and night shifts. Their competence and dedication mirror my vision for a harmonious and efficient EMS family.
- Enhancing Incentives and Resolving Issues:
Through feedback from our consistent employees, I recognize the need for increased incentives to motivate our team to perform at their best, especially during crucial times. After taking the position of EMS Chief, I will implement an incentive plan as follows:
- Incentive Plan:
- For PH:
- Morning Shift: $10,000/Hr
- Night Shift: $15,000/Hr
- For SH:
- Morning Shift: $25,000/Hr
- Night Shift: $30,000/Hr
- For Calls:
- Morning Shift: $15,000/Hr
- Night Shift: $20,000/Hr
- For ARO Calls:
- Morning Shift: $15,000/Hr
- Night Shift: $20,000/Hr
- For Lab-Tech:
- Morning Shift: $2,000/Captcha & $3,000/Medrun
- Night Shift: $3,000/Captcha & $4,000/Medrun
- For Training:
- Morning Shift: $30,000/Training
- Night Shift: $35,000/Training
- For PH:
- Moreover, I am deeply committed to ensuring that bonuses are distributed promptly, addressing the current issue where employees sometimes experience delays in receiving their bonuses. By implementing this revised incentive plan, we aim to eliminate dissatisfaction and attrition, ensuring that our hardworking employees receive fair and timely recognition for their dedication and efforts.
- Incentive Plan:
- Enhancing Training Department and Roleplay:
As the current Dean of the Training Department, I've actively worked on preparing batch-wise schedules for Day-1 and Day-2 training sessions. However, challenges have arisen, such as FTO unavailability and impatient citizens, resulting in roleplay failures. Although we are in the process of recruiting more FTOs, there are still internal issues leading to FTO leaves and departures. I aim to improve our Night Shift FTO quality and focus on enhancing training quality overall.
I prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring that our training department provides top-notch training. Even after assuming the role of EMS Chief, I will continue to monitor training schedules and maintain an interactive approach with our staff to help them learn from their mistakes.
- Awareness Programs:
To raise the bar on roleplay, we need to initiate awareness programs. These programs will cover topics like Roleplay Character improvements and situational awareness operations. Such initiatives will empower our employees to better understand their roles and responsibilities and react effectively in various scenarios. - Recognizing Rockstar Performers:
Recognizing and rewarding exceptional roleplay performance is vital. We will implement a system of incentives for employees who consistently give their best. The highest number of hours worked in a day across all categories (HS, GS, AS, Labtech, Training) will earn the title of "Rockstar Performer (Best Employee) of the Day" and a substantial reward of $75K. For High Command members devoting over 6 hours to roleplay, a reward of $75K will also be provided. - Collaboration with Gaming YouTubers:
To elevate our roleplay experiences, we will collaborate with gaming YouTubers, sharing EMS knowledge and promoting maximum roleplay engagement. Hosting weekly events will provide our employees with relaxation opportunities, fostering a more engaged and satisfied team.
Warm regards,
Zack Kadam
