Good afternoon,
I logged in today and received two warnings from a thread about me and a few others. I am pretty confused about why I received both power-gaming and Fail RP.
I would like to point out that at 0:21 seconds in the clip, an engine block was utilized against the 2 officers + 1 passenger (our family member); at 0:29, demands are given to pull the car over (after the officer already UB drove over the grass, through the fence and into the parking lot); at 0:32 before being able to tell the officer to step out of the vehicle, he does so voluntarily - I was not able to countdown for him as he acted on his own volition. Further, I would like to point out around 0:44 seconds that, we did not actually rob the officer and told him to put his hands back down and to remove the passenger from the vehicle (at this point, there is a total of 4 family members - 3 outside and the 1 passenger).
The reason I dispute the power gaming offence is due to rule 6.16. Rule 6.16 states "During robbery of person, armoured car, trucks (any kind of transport) must be at least 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and rob. In case if they did not stop it is considered as "Power Gaming" | Jail 120 min or WARN". I would like to point to the fact there were 2 cars and 4 persons total (Can someone provide clarity on whether the 4th person (arrested in vehicle) still counts as a 4th when we are all together in the same area?Nevertheless, I would further like to point out that NO robbery was actually committed and as per Rule 6.16 we did in fact stop (0:45 seconds). Therefore I do not believe we should be getting powergaming at the least.
In relation to FailRP, it is somewhat connected to the timestamps and context provided in the first paragraph - in addition to the countdown given at 0:53 seconds. To start, I do believe this punishment would be valid depending on whether admins consider the 4th individual in the car, as a total of 2 vehicles and 4 people. If yes, then I am not sure why I received this punishment, given that I had given the proper demands + countdowns. This is on top of the fact that ICly the officer, does not actually have to comply with the demands if he is aware that they cannot be given or he does not have to listen. If not and I am wrong, I concede to the failRP as it would mean we gave UB demands with 3 people.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate the admin staff and their time.
